Teaching experiences

Teaching more than 600 courses designed for undergraduate students in Forestry, as well as graduate-level MSc, and Ph.D. program in Silviculture. These courses cover a broad range of subjects, including Tropical Forest Ecology, Forest Planning and Management, Social Forestry Project Management, Statistical Informatics in Forestry, GIS and Remote Sensing in Natural Resources Management, Forest Ecosystem and Environment Services, Methodology for Forestry Research, and Forest Yield..

The field of the graduate thesis has focused on the following areas: Conservation of forest resources, silviculture, allometric equations to estimate forest carbon, biomass, reforestation, and participatory approach in forest carbon monitoring.
